moving out < fun
Let me state first that independence is a glorious thing. I don’t have to worry about my parents getting on my case, nor do I have to report to anyone. Independence is also glorious because it satisfies an internal need of mine to prove my worth.
However..
Leaving Victoria has left me realize a few things. Last year I “moved out” to do a co-op job here in Vancouver. During that time though, I worked 3 jobs and didn’t really have time for a lot of fun. That year, I kept thinking to myself that when co-op was over it would be more fun.
Now it’s after graduation and I actually moved out.
I am broke.
I work every day.
and I have become < fun
