Although I disagree on some points of this article, it roughly describes the process that I have found over my years of experience as a disciple of Drill.

My one big disagreement is that showing personality is definitely beneficial, even in the foundation phase of building a team. But being professional is what separates a successful foundation, versus one that needs work.

Overall, it’s a good read regardless!
